If a driver fails to pay the required commission, service fee, or dues:
Their account may be suspended or permanently banned.
Outstanding amounts must be cleared before reactivation.
The company reserves the right to involve legal recovery methods permitted under Pakistani law.
If a driver misbehaves, harasses, uses abusive language, threatens, or shows unprofessional behavior toward riders, staff, or support team:
The account may be suspended immediately.
In severe cases, the account may be permanently banned.
Harassment cases may be referred to Pakistani cybercrime authorities (FIA).
If a rider cancels trips repeatedly without valid reason, causing loss to drivers or system misuse:
The rider may be charged cancellation fees or fines.
Their account may be temporarily restricted.
In case of continued abuse, the account may be permanently blocked.
All users (drivers, riders, and vendors) must comply with:

Local transportation regulations
Data protection and privacy provisions applicable within Pakistan
Any illegal behavior, fraud, misuse, harassment, or cyber-crime activity may be reported to:

The company reserves the right to cooperate fully with Pakistani legal agencies.
All payments, deposits, top-ups, and wallet credits are non-refundable.
Once a deposit is made:
It cannot be reversed or refunded.
You must use your balance to purchase services (hosting, campaigns, or platform-related services).
You agree not to file any dispute or chargeback.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed:
Your account may be terminated.
All future orders will be blocked.
Fraudulent activity (including stolen credit cards) will result in permanent account termination.
We may offer coupons, bonuses, or promotional balances. We reserve the right to review, adjust, or deduct this balance in cases of misuse.
If deductions lead to a negative balance:
Your account will be suspended.
A custom payment is required for reactivation.
